Behavioral Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Everas Community Services, Inc.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to people with developmental disabilities, focusing on implementing behavioral and habilitation plans.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Collaboration with Everas team members on staff in-service development
- Conducting one-on-one therapy utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Facilitating training for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Advocating for client needs and ensuring compliance with Everas policies and procedures
**Job Requirements:**
- High School diploma
- RBT certification
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Required to achieve certification in and perform CPR and CMT
**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year
