Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Microsoft Modern Management platforms, including Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM, and Azure Application Portals.
  • Oversee Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure and its components.
  • Develop Deployments/Collections/Applications within a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment.
  • Download and implement Monthly MS Security Updates via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Create automation scripts utilizing PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
  • Conduct advanced queries of the Configuration Manager Database for support.
  • Provide third-level support for desktop support teams.
  • Integrate risk and control processes into daily tasks to monitor and mitigate risks effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Additional Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • 5 years' experience in managing and supporting Windows OS Platforms.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the architecture and supporting components of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise context.
  • Advanced expertise in server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, SUP, and application deployments.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD (Operating System Deployment).
  • Technical support experience with Windows 10/11, including advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting.
