ASM Global, a leading provider of public assembly facilities, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Suite Attendant to join our team at the Sames Auto Arena.
Job Summary:The Suite Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of suites, as well as assisting guests in accordance with ASM Global's Universal Service Standards and Operational Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-event suite setup, including chafing dishes, plates, and silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance.
- Verify and set up all pre-game/event orders.
- Identify suite hosts and properly introduce yourself.
- Take and place game-day food and beverage orders.
- Set up and check on game-day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event.
- Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
- Maintain a standard of orderliness and cleanliness of the suite throughout the event.
- Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner.
- Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in the suite.
- Reset the suite for the next function, complete closing functions, and check out with the supervisor or manager.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a food service position.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.
- Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training.
- Knowledgeable in operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with staff and prepare event plans.
- Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative, effectively work with others, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Frequent walking for the entire length of the shift.
- Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
