Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Service Planning and Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize service performance and availability, ensuring smooth operation of the cloud platform according to defined requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Cloud Operations and Maintenance: Take on the responsibility for implementing and operating services in a large private cloud environment, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Service Quality and Improvement: Coordinate with various teams to understand and implement customer requirements, identify and resolve service issues, implement improvements, and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure service quality.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Ensure the effective management of cloud infrastructure, including networks, security, and databases, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to different audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally with a focus on cloud technologies in the public sector, and proven experience in managing large public and private cloud environments.
  • Service Management Methods and Tools: In-depth knowledge of service management methods and tools, including ITIL, CASM, or COBIT, and strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of networks, security, and databases, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Customer Orientation and Problem-Solving: Customer-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
