This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while enjoying a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible scheduling, shift differential, and tuition reimbursement.

As a Resident Advocate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.

To be successful, you will need to have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant course and be certified by the State of Nebraska. A minimum of 16 years of age is required, and while experience is preferred, it is not necessary.
