Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our hospital facilities department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with a focus on operations, finance, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the facilities department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hospital buildings, including repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
  • Develop and implement budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven track record of budgeting and financial management, with a focus on cost containment and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and The Joint Commission.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
