Job Description

We are currently hiring qualified Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to work on-call shifts. As a PTA with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Compensation

We offer competitive wages, ensuring that our PTAs are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication. Our salary range is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed therapists in the delivery of physical therapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a related field
  • Be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Minnesota
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
