Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic life skills training and psychological support to patients.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Human Services related degree or past direct care experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions, and good interpersonal skills.
