  • Ensure Food Safety and Quality Standards: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all food is stored, handled, and cooked in accordance with our food safety and quality control policies.
  • Train and Supervise Kitchen Staff: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Maintain Inventory and Order Supplies: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to maintain our high standards.
  • Create and Update Menu Items: Work with our culinary team to create new menu items and update existing ones to ensure that our menu remains fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
