Your Role at Pace


As a Scientist I, you will utilize your passion for science to conduct and oversee projects within the wet chemistry division of our environmental testing laboratory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis, management, and supervision of air, water, and soil samples in accordance with established chemistry and biochemistry protocols.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments.
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of all laboratory activities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to perform tasks in a laboratory or office environment, remain on your feet for extended periods while conducting tests, manage exposure to strong odors, and utilize personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves; all PPE is provided by Pace).

Additional Benefits
