We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Columbia County. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting a culture of excellence within our branch.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, goals, and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
