Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in post-acute facilities, including administering medications, developing care plans, and collaborating with medical staff.
  • Track patient outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care.

  • Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care.
