Job Responsibilities:
Develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
Provide an exceptional experience for members and guests through a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Attract new clients by promoting membership options and referral programs.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and communal areas.

Job Requirements:
Comply with state massage therapy licensing regulations.
Maintain liability insurance.
Effectively communicate with clients, management, and colleagues.
Proficiency in Swedish Massage is required.
Familiarity with additional modalities is preferred but not mandatory (e.g., Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Training in various modalities is provided.
Understand and advocate for the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.
