Position: Industrial Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs on sophisticated industrial machinery.
  • Work with various equipment types, including complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems (e.g., Kuka, ABB).
  • Manage variable frequency and DC drives, as well as programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and computer-controlled systems.
  • Execute preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and production readiness.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and management, sharing critical information essential for maintaining production efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational continuity.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
  • Continuously seek and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Perform robotic electrical troubleshooting and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and automation systems.
  • Possess welding and mechanical skills, which are advantageous.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate degree in a maintenance-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, robotic, programmable logic, and computer-controlled systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, including hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role is required.
