Job Summary

As a Ready Mix Concrete Driver with Pennsy Supply, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a ready mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites, following all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Interact with customers, responding to their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, location, and quantity of concrete delivered.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other drivers to ensure efficient delivery of concrete to construction sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the truck, including cleaning and inspecting the vehicle, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 12-foot ladder.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
