Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in a travel position. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radiologic exams and procedures to patients, ensuring accurate and safe results.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions, reporting outcomes to healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and procedures, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Certifications and licenses as required by state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods.
