Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Team Member to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent member service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional member service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
