Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred in applicable states.
- Demonstrated experience in water treatment, wastewater management, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficient in engineering software including ArcGIS, HEC, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of stream and river restoration techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
