Job Title: Pediatric Scheduler

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a highly dedicated and customer service-oriented Bilingual Pediatric Scheduler to join our team in providing quality care to children and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating patient and therapist schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Developing and implementing organizational systems to streamline client scheduling
  • Communicating with families regarding schedule changes and confirmations
  • Managing telephone calls, emails, and voicemails effectively
  • Serving as a liaison for coverage and communication among staff members
  • Ensuring patient consent forms are completed and signed
  • Completing patient intakes and entering information into the system
  • Assisting with front desk responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, TEAMS, and Excel programs
