Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of surgical equipment and supplies to ensure optimal functionality and availability.
  • Coordinate schedules, payroll, training programs, and performance evaluations for surgical staff.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Ensure that all surgical personnel receive comprehensive training and that documentation is maintained accurately.
  • Assist management in monitoring budgetary constraints and developing strategies for enhanced patient care.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and make informed decisions swiftly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of surgical instruments and equipment to guarantee proper operation.
  • Ensure that all team members have access to necessary tools and resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing performance issues as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all levels of leadership regarding important updates and events.
  • Monitor patient flow and respond promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
