Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of surgical equipment and supplies to ensure optimal functionality and availability.
- Coordinate schedules, payroll, training programs, and performance evaluations for surgical staff.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure that all surgical personnel receive comprehensive training and that documentation is maintained accurately.
