We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Progressive Care Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time night shift opportunity with three 12 hour shifts a week from 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients requiring advanced treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to unit activities to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Embody the hospital's mission and values by providing exceptional patient care and service.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- At least one year of hospital/medical surgical experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
