Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication sciences and disorders, with experience working with children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy services to students.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Prepare and maintain therapy materials and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and response to interventions.

Qualifications

  • Valid SLPA license in the state of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
