Join Our Team as an Automotive Customer Service Specialist

Capitalfordrockymount is on the lookout for an Automotive Customer Service Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main liaison for clients seeking automotive maintenance and repair solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle assessments to accurately identify issues and suggest essential repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services and their associated costs, ensuring transparency and fostering trust with customers.
  • Organize service appointments and efficiently manage the service department's schedule.
  • Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role within the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, including diagnostic methods and repair techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications utilized for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
