Native American LifeLines is a Title V Indian Health Services contracted Urban Indian Health Program, founded in 2000 as Lifelines Foundation, Inc. We serve Urban American Indians and Alaska Natives in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Our behavioral health program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
