We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our team at Relient Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of our rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to our rehabilitation team, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices and policies to drive clinical excellence and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, employee engagement, and service excellence, with a focus on top-of-license practice and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with administration and center leadership to drive business excellence, including strategic planning, budget preparation, and resource utilization.
- State license or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Director of Rehab/Therapy Program Manager experience preferred.
- Positive attitude toward patients and willingness to be a team player.
