We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network and Technology Specialist to join our innovative team at InLine. As a key member of our Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) team, you will play a crucial role in the installation, integration, servicing, and repair of cutting-edge equipment used in traffic signal management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of ITS components, including traffic signals and intelligent transportation systems.
- Install and integrate ITS equipment such as cameras, radar detectors, electronic signs, communication equipment, and controller cabinets.
- Work with electrical conductors, data conductors, and fiber optic cables.
- Engage in the installation of pull boxes, conduits, poles, and foundations.
- Support the testing of devices to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Some experience in programming devices such as layer 2 or 3 switches, cameras, wireless technology, etc. (training on specific standards and devices provided).
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL Class A license.
- IMSA Traffic Signal Technician certification is advantageous.
Work Environment:
- 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime.

- Capability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Must meet specific vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying weather conditions, and potential traffic hazards.
- Occasionally work in high, precarious places and environments where fumes, airborne particles, and electrical shock risks are present.
