Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire the Process Technicians by providing clear guidance, comprehensive training, and performance evaluations.

2. Establish and uphold the manufacturing process standards for all produced components.

3. Assess and implement precise parameters to ensure optimal processing conditions.

4. Analyze production data and operational records to troubleshoot and resolve technical processing challenges.

5. Adhere to established corrective action plans for processes that deviate from the set standards.

6. Oversee project management tasks and facilitate the acquisition of new equipment.

7. Explore and evaluate new materials and methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.

8. Compile and analyze historical and current data to support budget preparation; collaborate with tool shops for tool maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding with various press tonnages.

- Proficient in root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

- Familiarity with valve gate systems, hot runner technology, and scientific injection molding principles is essential.

- A hands-on approach is highly valued.

- At least 2 years of experience in automation is required.

- Strong commitment to work ethic and a proactive attitude towards overcoming daily challenges.

- Proven experience in leading a team effectively.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 3rd shift position.
  • Experience in injection molding is mandatory.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with processes is crucial.
  • Eligible for overtime pay after 45 hours.
  • Relocation assistance is available; sponsorship is not provided.
