Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Engine Technician to become part of our dynamic team. This role involves working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance and the team lead, focusing on executing maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct maintenance and modification activities on engine components/modules in accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation, including Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
2. Maintain proficiency with all tools and equipment relevant to the assigned responsibilities.
3. Document all work performed accurately in the designated maintenance records.


Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with CFM56 engines.
- Possession of a power plant license.
- Proficient in English as mandated by FAA regulations.
- Ownership of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and working overhead for extended durations.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Quantum aviation software.


Additional Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in compliance with FAA regulations.
