Vaco is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support the HR team in the Manufacturing industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating pivot tables, running large HR reports, and providing assistance to the onboarding, new hire, and benefits process.
Key Responsibilities- HR Reporting: Create pivot tables for benefit reporting, run large HR reports, and collect HR data to organize in Excel.
- HR Support: Assist with other HR tasks, including onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Excel Skills: Advanced level of Excel required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and creating formulas.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred, and 2+ years of HR knowledge and experience.
