Position Summary:
This role is accountable for overseeing a portfolio of programs related to transformative initiatives, delivering products and services, or executing specific functions. Detailed Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees and drives performance in critical operational and high-risk metrics through comprehensive routines, initiatives, and technological enhancements.
  • Facilitates forums with senior leaders to address pressing portfolio issues, explore new initiatives, and finalize project assignments.
  • Acts as the primary liaison to executive leadership and key stakeholders to communicate change initiatives and secure support for project execution.
  • Monitors key performance indicators to identify potential issues and proactively proposes solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Participates in essential business meetings to provide updates on change initiatives and performance requirements, influencing others to drive success.
  • Implements strategies and controls to address gaps in policy, technology, environment, and operations.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for all products within the business line, aiding in the design of procedures, policies, and career progression models to enhance both associate and client experiences.
  • Leads teams that support high-impact strategic initiatives, either directly or through indirect engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in program or portfolio management.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations and its application to programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated risk and control mindset in project execution.
  • Ability to mentor and guide others on change management expectations.
  • Proficient in influencing and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Utilizes analytical and critical thinking skills to address both simple and complex challenges.
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering stakeholder value.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in change management with third-party suppliers.
