Learning Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs that meet operational and EHS needs.
- Deliver classroom trainings and customize EHS training to meet specific departmental needs.
- Coordinate RCMS training performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and three (3) years of experience; or a combination of high school diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement in EHS&S and OJT training development.
