We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a residential treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and administer medication
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with a direct care team to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 40 pounds

  • A competitive hourly wage of $20.00 - $22.00
  • Additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
