Healthcare Collections Specialist

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our Revenue team to maximize business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve pure exponential value for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and Execute: Respond to customer inquiries, grow relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve outstanding invoice issues.
- Learns and Grow: Continuously learn and improve through successful and failed experiments, and actively seek ways to grow and be challenged.
- Plan and Align: Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, and relate openly and comfortably within diverse groups of people.
Requirements:
- Collections and Accounting experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn new applications and processes
- Experience working with databases to load data, run queries, and perform reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, brokers, and internal and external business partners
- Models excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently and in a group
- Feels at home being part of a collaborative, nimble, and high-performing team within a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Enjoys pushing your skills and development to manage ambiguity, be adaptable, and cultivate innovation
