Overview

Joule has an opening for a contract Clinical Project Manager (PM) that will coordinate with internal resources to ensure the highest quality and efficiency when developing assets support for early phase portfolios. The PM will be responsible for providing asset deliverables, strategy execution, and tracking progress on completion. This position requires a strong understanding of project risks and the ability to identify potential impact on overall timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide asset deliverables, strategy execution, and document tracking progress on completion.
  • Identify project risks and potential impact on overall timelines.
  • Support US Early Assets TA Teams and preparation of the US Early Integrated Asset Plan (eIAP), Asset Evidence Plan (AEP), and other key deliverables in coordination with the Global Asset Team.
  • Build and create project deliverables, including kickoffs, decks, status memos, and final presentations.
  • Recognize and proactively resolve issues with or deviation from proposed plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or a related field required; an MBA, PharmD, or advanced graduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of overall pharmaceutical experience.
  • At least two (2) years in early pipeline development, new product launch, and strategy development are required.
  • Prior demonstrated project management (PM) skills, and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without authority are required.
  • Certifications: a Project management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification a plus; Lean Six Sigma and process improvement experience are a plus.
