About the Role

Fisk Electric, a leading provider of electrical systems and building technology solutions, is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring project compliance with plans, codes, specifications, and design instructions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical engineering information to the Project Manager to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluations and solution or potential field problems, referring them to Project Management.
  • Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company's values and beliefs in alignment with Fisk's policies.
  • Develop and maintain material expediting log, coordinate and/or conduct quality control inspections, and establish record and permit sets of documents.
  • Ensure accessibility of show drawings and submittals, create, distribute, and expedite sub response to RFPs, and process progress photos.
  • Assist in preparation of Owner Change Requests and project status reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials
  • Ability to perform trigonometric calculations, either manually or with calculator
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others
  • Procore experience preferred
