At Soliant, we're seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide exceptional support in Clinton Township, Michigan. As a licensed SLP Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
About the Position:
We're looking for an experienced professional with a valid Michigan State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Create personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy sessions
- Collaborate with professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide progress reports
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
- Guaranteed work hours and weekly pay
- Liability insurance coverage and benefits package available for full-time employees working 30+ hours/week

Job Requirements:
- A valid Michigan State SLP License and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
