**Job Description**

CHCI is seeking an experienced Strategic Planner to support our mission to drive success and innovation in federal contracting.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our program leadership team to ensure goal alignment, responsiveness to client needs, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational and client objectives.
  • Provide expert analysis to identify business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership and client teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification from the International Association for Strategy Professionals (required).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
