Job Title: Director of Information Technology

Biller Genie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department and drive the company's technology strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee the administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Manage OneDrive for Business, including user setup, permissions, and data governance.
  • Establish and enforce user access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Manage procurement processes for IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Oversee the internal help desk team, ensuring timely and effective support for IT-related issues.
  • Develop and enforce antivirus and malware protection strategies to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
  • Build and develop the IT department from the ground up, creating processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, design, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and OneDrive for Business administration.
  • Familiarity with User Access Control (UAC) principles and inventory management processes.
  • Experience in managing internal help desk operations and support systems.
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions and malware protection strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Self-managed with a proactive approach to building and improving the IT department.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address IT challenges proactively.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and provide insights for optimizing IT operations.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • ITIL Certification or equivalent in IT service management.
