Job Summary

The Irrigation Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the golf course is well-maintained and watered. This role involves a range of activities, including irrigation maintenance and construction, semi-skilled irrigation construction and maintenance work, and related tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and water the golf course on a daily basis.
  • Repair and maintain pipes and sprinklers on the golf course.
  • Perform periodic general maintenance on irrigation systems within assigned areas.
  • Clean and adjust sprinkler heads to ensure proper function and coverage.
  • Replace or repair broken equipment.
  • Set and check timers/clocks to ensure proper operation and respond to any and all requests regarding irrigation in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
  • 1 year experience in landscaping or irrigation maintenance.
