Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at PARS Therapy in The Woodlands, TX.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing skilled services to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, using your expertise to promote physical and cognitive function.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide skilled services, including exercises, activities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Active license in the state of TX required
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments
