We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with local and IHOP standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regulations.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Store, prepare, cook, and properly plate all food items in accordance with local and IHOP SOP regulations.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
  • Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with IHOP employees.
  • Apply Specifications: Prepare food according to specifications set forth in the IHOP SOP manuals.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, and be aware of surroundings; taste or smell.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of local health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Close vision and distance vision abilities required.
