Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing community-based (home health) services to clients in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' goals and objectives.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support clients' progress and carryover of skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home health settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus.
