Job Summary

As a Tire Technician at Justice Tire Distributors Inc, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicle tires for signs of wear and damage. Your duties will include examining tire treads, checking for debris, and performing diagnostic tests to ensure proper balance and attachment.

Tire Repair and Replacement

You will make tire repairs if the tire does not need to be replaced, including patches to repair cracks or holes in the tread. You will also perform repairs to balance the tires and ensure steady performance.

Tire Rotation and Maintenance

You will periodically rotate tires to ensure even wear and perform regular maintenance such as filter replacement and fluid changes. After rotating the tires, you will check them to ensure proper balance and perform further diagnostic tests.

Tire Replacement and Installation

In cases where the tire presents a risk to the customer or vehicle, you will locate replacement tires and attach them to the vehicle after consulting with the customer. You will then check the tire's seals and balance the new tires.
