We are seeking a dedicated Animal Care Leadership Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health in Lebanon, NH. As a leader in emergency and critical care, you will play a key role in guiding our Emergency and Critical Care Department, focusing on compassionate patient care, exceptional client service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the veterinary assistants and facilitate their progress through the Veterinary Assistant Program for National Certification.
  • Partner with the Ethos Safety and Regulatory Compliance team to ensure all employees adhere to OSHA, DEA, and EPA rules and regulations.
  • Create and/or update hospital SOP documents.
  • Proactively assist in the maintenance of hospital equipment and safety devices.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

You will be working closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless operations and provide guidance to direct reports to achieve maximum efficiency with a focus on patient care.

Requirements:
  • Veterinary Technician Certification required.
  • ER experience preferred.
  • Associates degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership skills, with an ability to foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and support a positive environment.

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $31-$36 per hour based on experience.
