We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to become part of our exceptional team as a Nursing Education Specialist or RN-Nursing Educator. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating and conducting the onboarding process and ongoing professional development for nursing staff, particularly in the pediatric operating room and related areas.
- Developing curricula and programs to support multi-specialty intraoperative and pre/post-operative care.
- Collaborating across various departments to enhance educational initiatives.
- Assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive educational programs.
- Participating in the promotion and delivery of new initiatives across the organization.
- Providing expertise and resources in surgical services nursing, with a preference for candidates with three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications:
- For RN-Nursing Educator: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; must obtain a Master's degree in Nursing within five years of starting.
- For Nursing Education Specialist: Master's Degree in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing Education preferred.
- Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience required; experience with specific patient populations preferred.
- Experience in providing orientation and education for nursing staff in clinical settings preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state license required.
- National certification in relevant specialty preferred.
