About the Role
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to maximize functional independence.
  • Implement effective occupational therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky (OT:KY).
  • BLS-CPR certification.
