Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide patient care services for all patient populations based on the Plan of Care under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities include transporting and transferring patients, preparing routine treatments, positioning patients, and performing housekeeping tasks. The successful candidate will also assist patients with exercises and functional activities under direction of professional staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High school diploma or equivalent and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. You must also possess demonstrated communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deal effectively with multi-disciplinary team members, patients, patient's family members, and physicians.

Salary and Benefits
