Your daily contributions will include:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or a relevant degree for the practice area.
  • A current and valid CPA license is highly preferred. If not a CPA, the ideal candidate must be CPA eligible and actively pursuing licensure by preparing for and passing the relevant state CPA examination.
  • If a CPA, must maintain good standing with the AICPA and the respective state societies.
Essential skills and tools:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Excel and various data analysis tools.
  • Capable of recording and analyzing transactions using software applications.
  • Experience in preparing financial calculations and models.
  • Skilled in documenting work performed and summarizing findings effectively.
  • Ability to prepare written reports and contribute sections to comprehensive reports.
  • Assistance in reviewing schedules, calculations, work papers, reports, and other documentation.
  • Involvement in recruiting entry-level and experienced staff by serving as a welcoming presence during on-campus interviews and participating in relevant recruiting activities.
  • Development of client relationships while delivering high-quality service. Adding value to clients' operations is a fundamental aspect of the role.
  • Accountability for the accuracy of data entry and maintenance across all accounting and consulting functions.
  • Learning to manage workload effectively through guidance from a Performance Advisor or direct Supervisor.
  • Participation in marketing initiatives for the firm.
  • Engagement in the Full Potential Development Program and serving as a mentor for new hires.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies introduced by the firm relevant to the service or practice area.
