Job Title: Freelance Apparel Account Manager Amazon

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Apparel Account Manager to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering consumption and sales growth targets for Amazon Apparel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership in development of relationship with Amazon US, and collaborating with all AAI cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to drive business goals and objectives
  • Deliver Growth, Development and Expansion, focusing on profitable growth and hitting key revenue targets
  • Create new or utilize existing reports and dashboards as needed to help support management decision making for assortment, variation, pricing, promotion and advertising strategies
  • Monitor and report on competitors, trends and emerging platform updates and programs
  • Own and work cross functionally for optimized content for algorithms - SEO, image content, title - focus on optimal PDP and Brand Store experience
  • Drive Sell in/Through in multiple product categories
  • Monitor and escalate changes in key metrics, understanding root cause
  • Partner with Demand Planning team on proactively establishing and maintaining in-stock levels, react to changes in demand, develop forward looking forecasts and reforecasts and utilize born to run
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising on proactive assortment management
  • Catalog and storefront cleanliness, maintenance, and content updates
  • New Product Launches
  • Proactively identify and resolve unanticipated issues like delisting errors, lost buy box, account health, ineligible ASIN and CRAP outs through support communications
  • Forecast Accuracy, Supply Chain Optimization, working cross functionally to maintain target chargeback levels and shortages
  • Manage 3rd party agency to execute advertising programs to meet or exceed goals and objectives
  • Develop Yearly, Monthly budget breakout and plan for Amazon AMS and Display for each brand, hitting and optimizing ROI and key KPIs
  • Develop and execute Amazon promotion and coupon strategy
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of direct hands-on experience with Amazon channels (vendor or seller central)
  • Apparel Experience required
