Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing process for our properties, providing exceptional service to prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the leasing process, including showing units, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain open communication with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor community areas to ensure they are up to par, including tours paths, models, amenities, parking lot, and common areas.
  • Assist in preparing notices to vacate, renewal requests, service requests, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Ensure all community goals are being met, including rentals, renewals, occupancy levels, and turn times.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market, analyze competitor pricing, and recommend rental rates.
  • Complete marketing requirements as dictated by company policy and notify supervisors of any upcoming marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident and vendor files.
  • Ensure that your community is adhering to city, state, and federal Fair Housing laws and relevant city and state laws regarding resident screening, resident relations, general community operations, and marketing standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing is preferred.
  • Experience with property management software is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
  • A strong desire to lead in your role and the local community is essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Light travel between properties may be required.
